Gen Z doesn't like facing harsh realities - so they created the 'delulu' state of mind. For those unfamiliar, 'delulu' is slang for being delusional. Looks like this era might finally be coming to an end.

The “Who said that?!” trend comes to help Gen Z facing those harsh realities.

To do it, you need to think about a hot take (can either be about you, or about attitudes you don’t agree with).

Then, you record yourself looking away from the camera and deliver your hot take.

After that, look to the camera and pretend that you are confused with who said that statement and then ask: “Who said that?!”

Important tip: to make it more suspenseful, add the sound below. Don’t forget to edit, so that the sound matches you turning back to the camera.
