A migraine app launched a week ago and is already in the Top 35 Medical apps in France.
Mellow Migraines helps people log attacks, find triggers, track what helps, and understand their migraines better.
It was built by Arthur Griffiths, an indie developer from Bordeaux who also suffers from migraines.
That gives the app a clear edge. It does not feel like a generic health product. It feels like something made by someone who knows the problem.

Their TikTok page, @mellow.migraine.fr, has already found a strong format. One faceless slideshow reached 240K views by starting with a simple misconception:
"Migraine is just a headache."
The next slide corrects it:
"False: it's a neurological disease."
From there, the post explains symptoms and ends with a soft follow CTA.
The winning format is clear: take a belief that makes sufferers feel dismissed, correct it, educate briefly, then invite people to learn more.
For this category, that works well. It builds trust before selling. It shows empathy before asking for attention. And for migraine sufferers who often feel misunderstood, that makes the brand feel instantly more credible.
