Before: series of photos or videos of the participant before moving to Australia, usually looking tired, depressed, partying all the time, wearing corporate outfits, etc

After the glow up: recent videos or photos showing clear physical and lifestyle changes that highlight the positive effects of the change (i.e. natural hair color, tanned skin, eating healthy, surfing, looking relaxed)
