A new habit-replacement app is quickly going viral by copying a proven format: AI 'no lust' transformations.

Break The Loop launched 40 days ago, but only started posting 4 days ago.

In 4 days, through a single Instagram account, it has already hit 450K views.

The account has only posted 22 videos, but they all follow the same structure.

Hook: “What 1 year of no lust actually does to a man

Format: Glow up transformation after quitting lust (AI-generated)

Each video begins with a skinny guy full of acne, with a sad expression and a small text in the bottom: '4x a day', -> implying compulsive behavior.

Then the video cuts to a muscular guy with clear skin and a more confident look, framed as the result after change. A small caption reads: '1 year clean'.

The app promo sits in the caption: 'if you keep relapsing, check my bio.'

What stands out is how easy the format was to replicate.

The format originally went viral for competitor Get a Grip.

In January, we covered how they hit more than 25M views with this format.

Months later, Break The Loop copied it almost exactly and still managed to reach nearly half a million views in just a few days.
