Milestones are an achievement catalog. As you build your company and put Ultron to work, you cross real thresholds — your first customer, your first mission, a hundred agent-hours, a funding round. Each one unlocks a credit reward, congratulates you in chat, and moves you along a six-stage company journey. It runs quietly in the background: you do the work, the platform notices.

A milestone is a named accomplishment with a target and a reward. Some track your business, some track how you use the platform, and a few need both. Every evaluation returns your current value against the target, so a milestone you have not hit yet still shows partial progress rather than a locked box.

How progress is tracked
Milestones read two sources: your company state and an activity event stream.
Company state is the record of your business — monthly and annual revenue, customer and employee counts, countries served, funding flags — that you report or import, each field carrying a note about where the number came from. Company and hybrid milestones compare a field against a threshold.
The activity event stream is an append-only log of what you and your agents do. The app emits small events as they happen — a conversation starts, a mission is created, a skill runs, a task is scheduled — fire-and-forget, so recording an event never slows a request down or blocks it if the recorder is busy. Activity milestones read this stream.

Rewards and unlock
What happens the moment a milestone is met.
Milestones are evaluated on a schedule, on demand, and immediately after your company state changes, so a reward never waits long. A milestone moves through locked to in progress to achieved. Unlocking is one-time and idempotent — a retry can never double-grant.
