Sales
Owners tell you about slow quotes and invoices typed twice every week. Now each of those conversations can pay you.
Introduce us to a company that still runs on spreadsheets and email. Our engineers sell, build and deliver the software, and you earn €1,000 on a €5,000 project, paid within seven days of the client paying.
Owners tell you about slow quotes and invoices typed twice every week. Now each of those conversations can pay you.
A posting for a data entry clerk is a company about to pay a salary for work we can build. You see those postings first.
You know where an office loses its hours: the copying, the chasing, the spreadsheets. Point us at it and earn on the fix.

Hiring a second invoicing clerk
A distributor with 40 people
Every order is already in their ERP, yet each invoice is typed again by hand. We build invoicing that runs by itself. A project like this is €2,000 to €4,000, and pays you €400 to €800.
See what you earnLook for a business doing by hand what software could do: invoices typed twice, quotes that take days, a job posting for data entry. Three questions about where its week goes tell you if it is one.
Add the company in your dashboard before you start the conversation. From that moment it is yours for six months, timestamped, so no one else can claim it.
Our engineers run the discovery call, scope the work, set the price and sign the contract. You never negotiate or explain anything technical. Listen in if you want to learn how it is done.
Within seven days of the client paying us. In full on projects under €1,000; on larger ones, half when the client pays the deposit and half at the final payment.
Paid on money the client has paid, never on a signed contract alone.
Know what a project pays you before you bring it to us
Projects from €1,000 to €4,999
€600 on a €3,000 project
You earn 20 percent of what the client pays, half when they pay the deposit and the rest at the final payment.
The full rates
From the day you finish the ten minutes, with the lead lists and a dashboard of your own.
25 percent instead of 20
After three paid deals or €5,000 brought in, with first pick of every new lead list.
25 percent, and a seat on client calls
After €20,000 brought in within 12 months, with case studies that carry your name.
On top of every level: €100 extra on your first deal, a €500 bonus in any quarter you bring in €10,000, and 10 percent of everything your clients buy from us again within a year.
No exam and no approval to wait for. Six short parts on what we build, who buys it and how to open the conversation, a quick check that you read the rules, and the Ultron Seller badge is yours.
Sales people, office managers, recruiters, freelancers and founders already know the companies that need this. No quotas, no fees and no hours: bring one client a year or one a week.

Software from 2009 that nobody likes

Late invoices chased by email, one by one
Reviews that say a quote took a week. Every slow answer is a lost sale, and a project for us.
You introduce us to companies that need custom software. Our engineers do the rest: the discovery call, the scope, the build and the delivery. When the client pays, you are paid.
No. You never build anything or explain how it works. You spot companies that lose time to manual work, start the conversation and bring us in. If you have worked in sales, operations, admin, recruiting or any job that faces customers, you already know what to look for.
No. There are no hours, no quotas and no minimum activity. Bring one client a year or one a week.
No, not now and not later. The ten minutes, the materials and the lead lists are free.
Custom software that removes manual work: invoices that issue and send themselves, quote generators, assistants that answer staff questions, prospecting that runs on its own, websites connected to real stock, and anything else a company still does by hand. Projects run from €250 to €10,000 and more.
€100 on a project under €1,000, and 20 percent from €1,000 to €4,999. Above €5,000 you earn 20 percent of the first €5,000 and 25 percent of the rest, so a €5,000 project pays you €1,000 and a €10,000 project pays you €2,250.
Within seven days of the client paying us: in full on projects under €1,000, and on larger ones half when the client pays the deposit and half at the final payment.
Then there is no commission, because there is no payment. You are paid on money the client has actually paid, never on a signed contract alone.
Yes. You earn 10 percent of anything a client you brought buys within 12 months of their first project.
We do, always. You never negotiate, quote a price or promise anything, and when a client asks something technical, bringing in our engineer is always the right answer.
Whoever registers the company first owns it for six months. Every registration is timestamped in your dashboard.
No. You are an independent seller. You choose when, how and whether you work, and you are free to work with other companies too.
Yes. Your first payouts can be made to you as a private person, with the tax withheld for you. If you start bringing clients regularly, you register as self employed and invoice us, as anyone with a company already does.
Ten minutes, online, right now: six short parts on what we build, who buys it, how to bring it to us, what you earn and the rules, then a short check that you read them. There is no exam and no approval to wait for.
No. You earn only from clients you bring, never from recruiting other people. There are no fees, nothing to buy and no levels to pay into.
Yes. Commissions on clients you already brought in are still paid.
Four short answers and your ten minutes start right here. Nothing to pay, no interview and no approval to wait for.
The earnings on this page, such as €1,000 on a €5,000 project or €2,250 on a €10,000 project, are worked out from the published commission bands and are examples only, not a promise or an estimate of what any seller will earn. What a seller earns depends entirely on the number and value of the client contracts they introduce that are signed and paid, and many sellers will earn nothing, particularly in their first months. Real seller earnings, including sellers who have earned nothing, will be published every quarter.
Commissions are worked out on amounts Ultron has actually received from the client, excluding VAT and any third party, infrastructure or pass through costs such as hosting, messaging, domains or usage based fees, and are never earned on signed contracts, proposals or unpaid invoices. Amounts refunded or credited to a client within 60 days of the original payment are deducted from the seller's future commissions. Payout times, such as within seven days, run from the date the client's funds are received and cleared, and assume the seller has given complete payment and tax details; payments to individuals without a registered business are made after any tax that must be withheld.
A company belongs to the seller who first registered it in the seller dashboard, as shown by the time of registration, for six months, and the period starts again with documented activity. Existing clients, companies already in talks with Ultron and companies registered by another seller cannot be registered, and Ultron decides any dispute over attribution. Prices shown to sellers are indicative ranges: the final scope, price and terms are set only by Ultron in the contract signed with each client, and sellers may not quote binding prices, negotiate, make commitments or sign on Ultron's behalf.
Sellers are independent, not employees, agents or legal representatives of Ultron. Taking part creates no employment relationship, no guaranteed income and no exclusivity, and sellers are responsible for their own taxes, contributions and any registration their activity requires. Bonuses, levels and promotional rates are discretionary and may be changed or ended for future deals with 30 days' notice, never for commissions already earned. The Ultron Seller badge confirms completion of Ultron's ten minute onboarding; it is not an accredited professional qualification and may be withdrawn for a breach of the program's terms.
Prospect lists and signals given to sellers are compiled from publicly available sources, carry no guarantee of accuracy, interest or budget, and must be used in line with data protection and anti spam rules, including the GDPR. Program terms, commission rates and eligibility may change for future deals. Taking part is subject to the full Seller Program Terms, which prevail over this page where the two differ, and commissions earned on paid deals remain payable if a seller's participation ends.
